  1. Submit a warranty form below. Must be registered 30 days from purchase date.
  2. Valid proof of purchase showing confirmation number, purchase date, product description, and purchase price. A picture of defective product and a brief description of what is defective.
  3. Email the above documents and images to customersupport@megaracer.com
  4. Customer support will respond within 3-5 business days with next step.

Nothing lasts forever, even though we wish it could! Products exposed to the elements and used frequently can show wear and tear faster than those used less frequently. Your product may simply have reached the end of its practical lifetime. Please see above for warranty timeframe by category.

  • Order number from www.megaracer.com
  • If you made your purchase through www.megaracer.com, we could locate your order information using your email address, name or shipping address
  • If the product was a gift, please ask the gift receiver to provide a copy of the receipt or claim the warranty on your behalf

The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.
