Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase.  Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be approved by Mega Racer within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please email or call customer service to begin the return process.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.  Please allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return and refund.

EXCEPTIONS

For items that are manufacturers defect or damaged, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
